The Fundamental Difference
JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) is for engineering aspirants — it tests Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) is for medical aspirants — it tests Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
While Physics and Chemistry overlap, the depth and focus areas are quite different between the two exams.
Physics: JEE vs NEET
